For ten years I've built the things people use to get work done — checkout counters, warehouses, attendance, field apps, websites, even AR and games. Built solo from start to live, so technical decisions don't get lost between too many hands.
My day job is at ASTRO, building supply chain apps — inventory, POS, and driver apps used by hundreds of hubs and thousands of delivery partners every day. There, the system has to keep running when signal drops in the warehouse, screens get opened in a hurry, and no one has time to read a manual. That mindset is what I bring to client projects.

Every system starts from a real problem on the ground. What's measured isn't feature count, but how much manual work disappears afterward.
A good system doesn't stop at the demo. It's opened by a cashier every morning, used by warehouse staff on their feet, and checked by the owner from their phone when they're away. That's why I design for small screens first.
Flows are kept as short as possible: few taps, little waiting, and it still runs on modest devices and connections.
I start by watching how your team works right now, not with a feature list. Done solo from analysis to deploy, so nothing gets lost being handed between people.
